CAN’T
MAKE IT
ON A SUNDAY MORNING?
It happens occasionally that we can’t make it to one
of our Services due to some other commitment. Could I
remind you that there is always the option to come to
another Service on the day – at 8am or 10am. It
is good for us not to miss a Sunday, but it is also
not good for our brothers and sisters – it is also a
great encouragement when someone from another Service
turns up to “ours”.
PARKING
IN CHURCH GROUNDS
Due to safety issues brought to the attention of the Parish
Council, an "Authorised Vehicles Only" sign has been placed on
the church gates. Anyone wishing to park in the church grounds will
need to seek authorisation from the Parish Council by providing in writing
their name, car registration, when access is required and why access is
needed.
ENVELOPES,
DIRECT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD?
There are a number of ways to give to the work of God here at St.
Michaels. You can make a direct debit – so that your giving comes out of
your account into the church account regularly. You can use our church
envelopes – and bring them when you come. These are the preferred method
because it means that the church’s income keeps coming in. Our fixed
costs, like stipends and maintenance etc. keep going (even if we are
away). Please remember that it is important for the church to have regular
income. Please give regularly.
St Michael's now has credit card facilities so it's now possible to make
one-off donations or your regular tithe offering this way.
